The History of the I. C. E Pack
The organisation has existed for a long time in one form or another. Science and secret agents come together under one organisation to fight crime. The Elite Team Four, were sent on a strike mission in the Artic. They were defeated by the weather, but so too was the evil. As the plane crashed into the mountainside, the secret bunker in which the evil dictator was hiding was destroyed. Blowing up the plane and the mountain hideaway the Elite Team were seriously injured. In conjunction with the secret chemicals hidden in the hideaway and the natural elements, they survived with amazing powers. The power to resist cold, to freeze things by touch and other powers they have not yet discovered. They were now heroes. Dressed in skin tight white leather, accompanied by their four huskies, they are now known as:
